These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Legion Physical Security mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”) operated by St. Lawrence Security, LLC d/b/a Legion Physical Security (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Legion Physical Security application or visiting our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.



2. Description of Services

Legion Physical Security is a professional-grade physical security risk assessment tool built natively for iOS. The Services include the ability to conduct structured security assessments, manage projects and assets, annotate floor plans with field-of-view overlays, track security inventory, generate professional PDF and XLSX reports, and store data securely via iCloud. Features may be updated, added, or removed at our discretion.



3. User Accounts and Registration

Access to certain features of the Services requires an Apple ID and an active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@legionphysicalsecurity.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.



4. Subscriptions and Billing

Legion Physical Security is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current subscription rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy.



5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.



6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application
  • Use the Services to conduct or document illegal activities
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Services
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures within the Services
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Services
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services


7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Services are the exclusive property of St. Lawrence Security, LLC d/b/a Legion Physical Security or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The “Legion Physical Security” name and logo are registered fictitious names of St. Lawrence Security, LLC.



8. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all assessment data, reports, floor plans, and other content you create within the Services (“Your Content”). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any other purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of your assessment data.



9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.


Legion Physical Security is a tool to assist security professionals in documenting and organizing assessments. It does not guarantee the security of any facility, property, or individual. All security decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.



10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ST. LAWRENCE SECURITY, LLC D/B/A LEGION PHYSICAL SECURITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.



11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Services. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.



12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.



13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
